From the ER to the charcuterie bar, taking care of people is what i do.
I’m a wife, mom, and trauma nurse who has spent the last 14 years working in emergency medicine. Caring for others has always been at the heart of what I do, and while nursing is one of my passions, so is creating memorable experiences through food and parties.
For years, I’ve loved to host themed parties, help friends plan their weddings, and create charcuterie boards. What started as a creative outlet turned into a way to bring people together. After five years of curating boards and grazing tables, I fell in love with the idea of the mobile charcuterie bar because it allows guests to choose exactly what they want, while making it easier to accommodate allergies and preferences.
In 2020, I had surgery for a heart condition that’s often only discovered during an autopsy. That experience was a wake-up call that life is too short to put your dreams on hold. Opening Wild Timber is part of a dream. I combine my passion for detail, creativity, and care into a service that helps people host events with ease and joy.
I know firsthand how much planning goes into weddings, parties, and special occasions, and that’s why I put so much heart into every event that I cater. My goal is to take the stress off your plate so you can be fully present.

Hello! I’m the co-creator and caterer here at Wild Timber Charcuterie Bar. I’m a wife, a proud boy mom, and someone who thrives on details and organization. Whether it’s at home, in my work, where I have over a decade in managing people and operations, or here at Wild Timber, I’ve learned that success is built on careful planning and execution. That’s exactly what I bring to every event.
I’ve always loved traveling, especially anywhere with a warm beach, cheering on my son at his sporting events, and finding new experiences that spark some creativity. That love for organization inspires me to make sure every event we serve is not just pretty, but absolutely seamless and stress-free.
I’m passionate about the little things that often get overlooked. I know that those little unseen details are what make any event truly special. From start to finish, my goal is to make sure nothing is missed, so you can relax, enjoy your guests, and know that every detail was taken care of.
At the end of the day, what matters most to me is helping people celebrate life’s big and small moments without stress. As a former bridezilla myself, I know that having someone with this level of attention to detail is a gamechanger. There’s nothing more rewarding that seeing people make memories around something that I helped bring to life.
